Nevtro was sold to N. Piccoli Construction. The business was officially re-incorporated as a Limited Liability Company under the name Nevtro Sales 2004 Ltd.

N. Piccoli Construction sold its shares and controlling interests to the current principal owners: Joel Hutchinson, Mario Piccoli, and Justin Heene.
